Toyota ProAce / Peugeot / Citroen Wireless CarPlay Decoder | SMEG / NAC RCC V850

DRIVEVORA wireless CarPlay and Android Auto interface with separate SMEG and NAC-family hardware packages. The original system determines the option: SMEG hardware and NAC/RCC/V850 hardware must not be combined into a single universal fitment.

Before choosing SMEG, confirm the original system and 4-pin LVDS connection. Left-hand-drive SMEG fitment has not been confirmed; contact DRIVEVORA before ordering for a left-hand-drive vehicle.

For NAC/RCC/V850 equipment, compare the separate NAC or RCC/V850 modules or decoder kits with optional camera and sound card. Select by the installed factory system and required package, not the vehicle brand alone.

Features

• Wireless Apple CarPlay and wireless Android Auto on the factory display, with compatible apps for online navigation, phone calls, music and messages. Siri/phone voice-assistant operation is available with the appropriate connected phone.
• Retains the factory screen, radio, steering-wheel controls, original camera and vehicle settings, subject to the vehicle equipment and correct wiring.
• For NAC hardware, AirPlay/Autolink mirroring and USB audio/video require a sound card. The card is included only in the named NAC sound-card package; this requirement is not established for SMEG hardware.
• Additional listed features include CarLife, USB flash-drive playback, adjustable audio EQ and touch/steering-wheel control depending on vehicle specification.

• Wireless pairing reconnects automatically after the first setup with a compatible phone.
• Camera add-ons are option-specific. Retaining an original camera and adding an aftermarket camera are different installation tasks.

Specifications & Option Selection

NAC sound card: USB audio/video and mirroring (AirPlay/Autolink) require the sound card. This requirement is specific to those NAC media functions; it does not establish that decoder-only CarPlay or Android Auto requires the same accessory. No equivalent sound-card requirement is established for SMEG. The illustrated base accessories are listed below; an exact camera model/resolution is not specified.

Illustrated Package & Audio Connections

The SMEG-style package illustration identifies the CarPlay module, power cable/harness, USB cable, LVDS cable and Wi-Fi antenna. Hardware and connectors differ between SMEG and NAC-family packages; do not assume the pictured SMEG casing and harness are used for every option. Cameras and sound cards remain option-specific accessories.

Audio setup uses the supported factory AUX or OEM Bluetooth path. The NAC-family wiring diagram also shows an optional USB sound-card path and a separately prepared 3.5 mm cable. Follow the selected system’s guide rather than substituting another package’s audio connection.

Compatibility

SMEG options: Labeled for SMEG 2013–16. The SMEG-specific application graphic below is explicitly labeled for right-hand-drive vehicles (including UK, Australia, New Zealand and South Africa); it does not establish left-hand-drive U.S. compatibility. The illustrated system check requires a 4-pin LVDS connection. A software prefix alone does not establish fitment. SMEG+ compatibility is not confirmed. The NAC-family table does not apply to SMEG.

NAC-family options only: The applications below require original 7-inch or 8-inch NAC/RCC/V850 equipment and the illustrated 4-pin LVDS connection. Software version wording alone is not sufficient to identify compatible hardware. The NAC decoder is labeled 2017–25, but the supplied DS 5 and DS 7 application ranges extend to 2026. Coverage for those 2026 vehicles is unconfirmed.

These rows apply only to the original 7-inch or 8-inch NAC/RCC/V850 installation, not every vehicle bearing the model name. Not for 10-inch Peugeot/Citroën displays, Android aftermarket displays or SMEG/SMEG+ hardware. The ProAce entries do not establish compatibility with Corolla, Camry, RAV4 or other Toyota/Entune systems. Market-specific equipment and U.S. model-year equivalence are not established. The supplied name “Civaro C” is unconfirmed; it should not be assumed to identify a different model.

The SMEG exclusion above applies only to NAC-family hardware. The separately offered SMEG packages are for SMEG systems. Choose by the actual factory system, not a shared model name or year.

Installation

• For SMEG hardware, connect the LVDS cable at the host/head unit; an incorrect connection location can cause a black screen.
• For NAC/RCC/V850 hardware, connect the LVDS cable behind the screen; an incorrect connection location can cause a black screen. These are different locations for different hardware families, not interchangeable instructions.
• For NAC hardware, manual-transmission vehicles using the original camera with CarPlay/Android Auto require the decoder brown wire connected to reverse-light positive 12 V. This application requires additional reverse-trigger wiring.
• Power off before connecting the interface. Test the display, phone functions, audio, original settings and any selected camera before reassembly.
• Use the selected system’s wiring instructions and accessories; do not borrow another family’s LVDS location, switch settings or camera wiring merely because both are sold on this page.
