Refund policy

30-day returns

You may request a return within 30 days after delivery. For a change-of-mind return, the item must be unused, with all accessories and its original packaging complete. Please keep your order number or proof of purchase.

How to request a return

Email drivevora.work@gmail.com with your order number and the reason for your request. For a damaged, defective or incorrect item, include photos and a description of the issue. Contact us before sending anything back so we can confirm the return address and instructions.

Return shipping

For returns unrelated to a product defect or an incorrect item sent by us, the buyer pays return shipping. If we sent the wrong item or the product has a quality issue, Drivevora covers return shipping. Contact us first to arrange the appropriate return method.

Refunds and exchanges

After the returned item is received and inspected, we will email you the outcome. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method. Your payment provider may take additional time to post the refund. For an exchange, contact us to confirm the required vehicle and configuration and product availability.

Vehicle compatibility

Please check your vehicle, model year, console shape and cable configuration before ordering. If you are unsure, email a console photo before purchase. This policy does not limit any consumer rights that apply to your purchase.
