Product selection and compatibility

Read the product-specific compatibility guide and match the original equipment and connections. A model name or year alone does not establish fitment. Images of other configurations are references, and product appearance varies by selection. Vehicle and technology names describe intended compatibility; DRIVEVORA is an independent aftermarket store and is not affiliated with or endorsed by the manufacturers or technology brands shown.

Direct system or kit ordering: Where the product page offers direct ordering, select the system or kit matching your original equipment. Vehicle model, year and photo uploads are not mandatory unless the selected option displays a required review form. If you cannot identify the equipment, use our fitment enquiry page before ordering.

Vehicle and photo review: For BMW and any other option that displays the review form, complete the required vehicle details and upload both the original screen main-menu photo and the full dashboard/controller photo before ordering. We review the original equipment before dispatch and will contact you if more information is needed or we cannot confirm a compatible kit. Selecting a model, year or kit is not itself confirmation of compatibility.

For the BMW vehicle-package purchase flow, the displayed package price includes the matching module, harnesses and required audio accessories. You do not need to select a separate sound-card version.

Orders and payment

Please provide accurate order, contact and delivery information. Product prices are shown in the currency indicated on the page. All products include free outbound shipping to supported United States addresses, with delivery availability confirmed at checkout. Available payment methods and applicable taxes are shown at checkout. Review your selected configuration and the final total before submitting payment. Contact us promptly if you need help with an order or notice incorrect information.

Delivery and returns

Estimated delivery is 5–15 calendar days after payment, including order processing and transit. Delivery dates are estimates. Where vehicle or photo information is required, missing details or additional configuration questions may delay dispatch; we will contact you if more information is needed.

One-year product warranty

All products include a one-year product warranty. For warranty support, email drivevora.work@gmail.com with your order number, product details and a description of the issue. The warranty period is separate from the 30-day return request period.

For non-defect returns, the buyer pays return shipping. DRIVEVORA covers return shipping for a quality issue or a wrong item sent by us. Contact us before sending an item back.

Using the website

Use the store for lawful browsing and purchases. Do not attempt unauthorized access, interfere with its operation, or submit fraudulent orders or misleading information.
