Features

• Wireless Apple CarPlay and wireless Android Auto on the factory display, with compatible apps for online navigation, phone calls, music and messages. Siri/phone voice-assistant operation is available with the appropriate connected phone.
• Retains the factory screen, radio, steering-wheel controls, original camera and vehicle settings, subject to the vehicle equipment and correct wiring.
• For NAC hardware, AirPlay/Autolink mirroring and USB audio/video require a sound card. The card is included only in the named NAC sound-card package.
• Additional listed features include CarLife, USB flash-drive playback, adjustable audio EQ and touch/steering-wheel control depending on vehicle specification.

• Supports installing front and rear cameras, with a maximum of two camera positions. Cameras are package-specific, not standard in every option.
• The wireless connection reconnects automatically after initial pairing with a compatible phone.

Specifications & Option Selection

Sound card: USB audio/video and mirroring (AirPlay/Autolink) require a sound card. Choose a sound-card package for these features. This requirement is specific to those media functions; it does not establish that decoder-only CarPlay or Android Auto requires the same accessory. The base accessories are listed below; an exact camera model is not specified.

Module Dimensions & Package Contents

The illustrated adapter box measures approximately 140 × 100 × 25 mm (5.52 × 3.94 × 1 in.). The accessory diagram identifies the CarPlay adapter box, power cable/harness, LVDS cable, USB cable and Wi-Fi antenna. Connector and harness details must match the selected factory system. A camera or sound card is included only when expressly named in the selected package.

Audio setup: Configure the supported factory AUX or OEM Bluetooth audio path in the vehicle and interface settings. Some vehicles use AUX only. The wiring diagram also illustrates an optional USB sound-card connection to the factory USB port; its 3.5 mm connection cable must be prepared separately. An illustrated optional connection does not mean the sound card is included in every package.

Compatibility

These rows apply only to the original 7-inch or 8-inch NAC/RCC/V850 installation, not every vehicle bearing the model name. Not for 10-inch Peugeot/Citroën displays, Android aftermarket displays or SMEG/SMEG+ hardware. The ProAce entries do not establish compatibility with Corolla, Camry, RAV4 or other Toyota/Entune systems. Market-specific equipment and U.S. model-year equivalence are not established. The supplied name “Civaro C” is unconfirmed; it should not be assumed to identify a different model.

Installation

• The LVDS connection must be installed behind the screen for this NAC/RCC/V850 version. The guide illustrates front/rear CVBS inputs, an AUX lead and 800 × 480 settings for 7-inch and 8-inch applications. These are guide settings, not a higher-resolution display upgrade. Disconnect module power before changing DIP switches, then reconnect after configuration.
• On manual-transmission vehicles using the original camera in CarPlay/Android Auto, connect the decoder’s brown wire to the reverse light’s positive 12 V supply. This application requires additional reverse-trigger wiring.
• For abnormal colors, disconnect module power before changing DIP switch 5 to ON, then reconnect power to restart the decoder. Follow the correct system-specific guide rather than using settings from another interface.
• Camera-specific black-screen troubleshooting describes the following changes: cut the camera’s brown signal-switch wire and twist the camera tailgate power and signal wires together. These changes apply only to the camera installation shown in the matching guide. They are not instructions to cut the vehicle harness or decoder reverse-trigger wire. Do not make these changes without the exact camera wiring diagram.
• Test sound, smartphone functions, original controls and the selected camera equipment before final reassembly. A camera/sound card is included only where named in the selected option.
