Navigation and supported apps run through your connected phone. This is a Linux-based screen, not an Android tablet; phone mirroring support depends on your phone and software.

Retain the original vehicle interface

Switch between the original Mercedes-Benz system and the added smartphone interface. Compatible original radio, navigation, Bluetooth, CD/DVD, USB and SD functions remain available when already fitted. Supported rotary controller, joystick or touchpad, steering-wheel buttons, factory rear-view camera and parking sensors depend on your original equipment and correct installation. No additional CD/DVD mechanism is built into this screen.

Supported steering-wheel controls include volume up/down, previous/next track, telephone and voice buttons. The touchscreen works alongside compatible original joystick, COMAND rotary controller or touchpad controls. Available buttons and functions depend on your factory equipment and correct setup.

Vehicle and system compatibility

For 2014 vehicles, confirm the original dashboard and NTG 4.5 system before ordering. Production periods can differ by body style and market.

Check fitment before ordering. Model year alone does not identify the original system. Confirm your dashboard shape, factory screen/menu, head unit and connectors. Send DRIVEVORA clear photos of the complete dashboard and the original screen switched on if you are unsure. The screen base and supplied harness must match your exact vehicle.

Installation and original-system settings

Dashboard disassembly is required to connect the replacement screen and supplied power/LVDS harness. The intended installation uses matching connectors without cutting or splicing the original wiring. Follow the instructions for your actual kit, retain any required original connections, and set the correct original-screen resolution and control-unit type. Installation labour is separate.

Before reassembling the dashboard, test the original interface, audio, touchscreen, phone connection, original controls and any fitted camera/parking sensors. The illustrated settings are a reference; menu appearance can vary by firmware and vehicle.
