Specifications & Option Selection

The source title identifies an original 8-inch screen and HMI 2.0 / 2.5 interface family, but its selectable options use different names. Those names are preserved below; the label MHI2.0 is not silently changed to HMI 2.5 or treated as an interchangeable kit.

The accessory graphic labels the decoder, power cable, touchscreen cable, LVDS cable, microphone and Wi-Fi antenna. It does not show a camera bundle or establish exact accessory quantities. AUX appears in the source title, and one supplier-marketplace customer specifically reports using an AUX cable for audio pass-through. That review is a source customer report, not a DRIVEVORA sale or a universal installation rule; do not assume that USB alone carries the required vehicle audio or that a separate AUX adapter is included.

Compatibility

The following applications are transcribed from the original-system compatibility graphic. They require the matching factory display/system, connectors and selected interface; vehicle model/year alone does not prove fitment for a U.S.-market trim.

Source differences remain unresolved: the title states 2013–2017; the main/detail banners state 2013–2020; the specific graphic includes XTS 2012–2017 and several Chevrolet models through 2020. These are separate source ranges, not a merged 2012–2020 compatibility guarantee. The additional gallery compatibility graphic lists Insignia 2014–2017; this specific range does not extend to all Opel or Vauxhall models. Vauxhall has no separate model-specific range in these graphics. The banner spells Tahoe, while the chart prints “Corvette Tohae”; that ambiguous chart row is not silently corrected or expanded into a confirmed Tahoe application. A brand-level range does not cover every model or radio.

Installation

• Use the wiring instructions for the exact delivered interface and original vehicle system. Do not copy a touch/non-touch wiring diagram, DIP code or pinout from another GM decoder.
• The pictured package provides separate touchscreen/LVDS and power connections. Match those to the original display and head unit before fitting; this listing does not establish a universal harness route, connector pinout, coding requirement or vehicle supply-voltage instruction.
• Use the correct AUX/audio path for the vehicle. A sound card, AUX adapter, camera, camera bracket and complete installation tool set are not established as included.
• Any camera/DVR addition requires compatible signal format, wiring and mounting. Test original system operation, audio, phone connection, controls and any camera before final reassembly. Professional installation is recommended.
